Company History & Foundation
Founded in 2023, UBVY Group is a technology enterprise focused on mission-critical commercial software. Operating through our engineering division, UBVY Technology, we design, build, and support specialized business operating systems for optical retail chains and clinical diagnostic laboratories across Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, and pan-India.
Most commercial software today pushes fragile, cloud-dependent subscription models onto small business owners. When internet access fluctuates, checkout counters freeze and diagnostic testing stalls. Our foundational principle is Local First and Customer Sovereignty:
- On-Premise Resilience: Our software operates locally on client workstations, guaranteeing uninterrupted billing and laboratory operations during network outages.
- Data Sovereignty: Customer records, patient health information, and commercial ledgers reside in on-premise SQLite databases under the customer's direct control.
- Cryptographic Security: Asymmetric Ed25519 digital signatures (.ubvysig) verify offline software authenticity without continuous telephone-home tracking.
- Verified Engineering: We publish only tested, verified software capabilities without exaggerated claims or fabricated reviews.
